Multislice-Computed Tomography MX16 form Philips

Within seconds, 3D Reconstructions

With-the-art multi-slice computed MX16 Philips Healthcare, we are able to offer our patients and referring physicians faster and more accurate diagnosis of diseases and injuries.

Images in seconds
The computed tomography simultaneously takes on 16-sectional images of the body to be examined. This capability is developed by Philips technology that created in seconds Total images of organs and vessels with closest layer graduation.

Lower radiation dose, higher image quality
The acquisition and assimilation of complex multi-layer images is made possible by a technology developed by Philips specific integrated circuit within the detector array of the MX16, which operates at a speed of gigabit-per-second range. Analog detector signals are converted directly into a stream of digital data, the noise is considerably reduced. This in turn reduces the necessary radiation dose to the patient while increasing the image quality.
